The Kitchen

For a while, I tried to maintain a baking blog. By standard internet benchmarks, it was unsuccessful. A lot of this came down to my inconsistency in producing new content. It started as an effort to encourage baking from scratch rather than reliance on boxed mixes. Later I tried to do a regular segment of attempting to make the technical challenges from the Great British Baking Show and offering conversions and explanation of ingredients that might be harder to find or go by a different name in the United States. I’m still going to document things I bake, but that will just be in my regular blog, and just as part of my record of “Look at what I did today!”
